 Chief Executive Officer  

Adil RIAZ is an experienced entrepreneur with over 16 years of international expertise in building and scaling technology-driven businesses in the UAE and South Asia. He was the CEO and founder of Agrius IT and Code Agrius, both technology ventures with a global presence. Adil has a strong background in executive leadership, focusing on B2B sales, digital transformation, and cross-border operations. At GLACIERPATH, he is responsible for the company's strategic direction, investor relations, and business development efforts. His proven ability to manage multicultural teams and implement go-to-market strategies in emerging markets uniquely positions him to successfully scale GLACIERPATH from its early-stage MVP to a national SaaS provider for Canada’s immigrant SME economy.

 Chief Operating Officer  

Ahmed Samir Fattouh Abdelnabi ABOUELNASR is a physician and public health specialist recognized internationally for his leadership in medical training systems. He has held various leadership roles in the UAE and the MENA region, including serving as Program Director at Abu Dhabi University and as Medical Director for national-level resuscitation and disaster response programs. His experience in administration and regulation encompasses healthcare operations, institutional training, and partnerships across government entities. At GLACIERPATH, Ahmed is responsible for overseeing internal operations and managing relationships with public institutions and immigrant organizations. He ensures that the platform's features, including compliance modules and onboarding processes, are accurate, scalable, and aligned with regulations. 

 Chief Administrative Officer  

 Ghazala RIZWAN is a seasoned educator, school administrator, and operations coordinator with extensive experience in managing multilingual and multicultural learning environments. She holds advanced degrees in education, business, and computer science and has spent over a decade leading school-level operations. At GLACIERPATH, Ghazala oversees all internal administrative workflows, including hiring coordination, knowledge management, and customer training support. She is also responsible for developing onboarding resources in multiple languages, ensuring that newcomers, especially those unfamiliar with Western digital systems, can confidently access and use the platform. Her background in working with families and communities provides GLACIERPATH with a solid and empathetic foundation for customer success and documentation. 

 Chief Infrastructure & Deployment Officer  

Jawad Ul Haq is a senior expert in infrastructure and project delivery, with over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, logistics, and large-scale government projects across South Asia and the Middle East. He has held the positions of Project Manager and Chief Resident Engineer on significant highway and public infrastructure projects, including international transport corridors and urban systems in Pakistan and Oman. At GLACIERPATH, Jawad is responsible for deployment planning, ensuring system reliability, maintaining platform uptime, and overseeing field implementation—particularly in rural and underserved areas where stable access to business systems is often limited. His extensive knowledge of structured project execution and operational continuity guarantees that GLACIERPATH's digital rollout is dependable, efficient, and scalable across different regions.
